Jacques & Martine Mudry

Organization: excellent. We had proposed sites of interest to you, you connected them perfectly. We trusted you completely for the postponement in 2021 of the trip planned for 2020, and we were not disappointed. We appreciated your professionalism, your responsiveness, your follow-up of our trip.

Drivers: the first one, ok. But Fernando is not only a careful, punctual, attentive, cultured driver. He speaks French well and taught us a lot of things in all fields. And reactive to the problems of paro. Really to be recommended!

Guides : very good. We appreciated a lot their knowledge and their passion for nature : Luis in Siona Lodge, Natalia in Mindo, Darwin Alvarez on the Nemo III. Only the guide in Cotopaxi was less willing (except for the climb to the refuge).

Hotels: good choice in the city center for the walking tours of Quito, Otavalo, Cuenca and Guayaquil. Swimming pools appreciated in Lago Agrio and Guayaquil. The lodges were very good: Siona, Roulotte, Cotopaxi all with very nice staff. The Stübel is well located for an evening stop (easier access than the center). Copious and very good breakfasts everywhere. Also dinners in the hotels.

Sites of interest: well chosen days for the markets of Otavalo and Guamote. On the other hand, because of the Paro, we could not visit Ingapirca. In addition, several monuments were closed in the cities. In Quito, in Cuenca (Pumapungo museum, Todos los Santos churches…).

Cruise : the size of the boat allowed a magnificent flexibility, we did not miss anything (sharks, other fish, turtles, swimming with dolphins…). Comfortable cabin, good food on board, great guide… To be really recommended.

A big thank you for the organization, we were used to a great level of professionalism in other destinations for which we had proceeded in the same way (Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Myanmar, Australia). Same satisfaction with you, Emma.

We were able to discover, among others :
– the colonial cities of Quito and Cuenca,
– the museum of aboriginal cultures in Cuenca,
– the flora and fauna of the Amazon, the Andes and the Galapagos.
– the landscapes of Mindo, Antisana, Cotopaxi and Las Cajas,
– the market of Guamote (the one of Otavalo is more for the Gringos).

Nature Experience coordinated perfectly our stay at the Siona Lodge (Cuyabeno park in Amazonia), our trip through the Andes with a French speaking driver (from Mindo to Guayaquil) and our cruise on the Nemo III in the Galapagos (southern circuit).

Nature Experience allowed us to discover in these varied environments the landscapes, the geology, the flora, the fauna, the pre-Columbian and colonial cultures. Three weeks of complete pleasure. We recommend without reserve. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
